California Mutual offers a comprehensive package of coverages specifically designed for the Bed & Breakfast industry.  We offer this product through Bob Hope and Associates Insurance and Financial Services, Inc.

Each policyholder is given a Claims Kit for reporting claims (or incidents that may lead to a claim) to California Mutual.  Quick reporting of claims leads to a quicker resolution of your claims.

Highlights of the Bed & Breakfast package include:

Building Coverages

• Replacement cost on all habitational buildings

• Functional replacement cost at agreed value for buildings built before 1945

• Glass included in building limit

• Outdoor property including unattached signs: $1,000

• Increased cost of construction: $10,000

• Collapse

• Signs attached to the building included

• Fire Department service charge: up to $1,000

Contents Coverages

• Coverage territory: anywhere in the world

• Personal property in open

• Personal property of others: $2,500

• Property off premise and in transit: $10,000

• Furs: $2,500

• Jewelry, watches, precious stones and metals: $2,500

• Guest property: $1,000 per guest / $25,000 per occurrence

Business Income Coverage

• 100% coinsurance clause

• 30-day increased period of restoration ¹

• Alternate lodging for guests: $25,000

• Extra expense
